We spent five nice days in Paris for Easter. Traveling to Paris was really convenient as it only takes three hours from Karlsruhe to Paris. From our five days we just spent one running around in Paris. As we have seen most of the important tourist things in Paris already we started out with a list of the oddest museums in town. In the morning we went to Musée Grévin which is the wax works of Paris. The museum is really nice but quite expensive.
After that we took a tour to Les Halles and then to the best tea shop in town (Mariage frères). From there over the islands to the Panthéon. As the cupola was closed that day we continued with a short stop at the Champs-Élysées. Before returning to my aunt’s home we went to the Erotisme in the red-light district. So another eight odd museums to go for the next time.
The rest of the time we were busy with taking care of my cousins, dyeing eggs and hiding easter presents.
