On Friday evening we started our holiday gift trip with the flight from the Baden airpark to Hamburg. And with the new built S-Bahn it took us only 25 minutes to reach the hotel.
The next morning we started with a tour to the Binnenalster and took a look at the lovely spots around the Jungfernstieg. From there we went straight to the town hall. In the town hall we followed a tour that led us to the hidden treasures. We managed to see the Golden book, the plenary hall and several other really well equipped rooms (e.g. wallpapers made from leather or gold).
From there we made our way to the Michel in order to climb up the stairs to have a beautiful view on Hamburg. Just next door to the church we visited the old Krameramtsstuben where we enjoyed delicious Labskaus.
In the evening we went to see the musical “The Lion King” and afterwards met Robin to go out.
